Turborotalita quinqueloba
Life: T. quinqueloba is abundant in cold waters of the modern ocean and has a tropical to polar distribution. Distinguishing features: T. quinqueloba is a spinose foraminfera featuring a small low trochospiral test and 4.5-5.5 chambers in the final whorl and an apertural flap.
